Letters from the Crimea

While serving with the 34th Regiment of Foot in Crimea during 1854/55, George Clarke wrote many letters to his wife Mary Anne. 12 survive and are reproduced here by kind permission of Anne Beale, Georges Great Granddaughter. Below each letter can be found a transcription to assist in their readability.
